1. Acceptance of terms

By installing PageHawk from the Chrome Web Store or visiting pagehawk.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PageHawk.

2. Description of service

PageHawk is a browser extension that analyzes the on-page SEO characteristics of web pages you visit, presenting results within the extension popup. The service is provided free of charge and operates entirely within your browser without sending data to external servers.

3. Permitted use

You may use PageHawk to:

  • Analyze web pages for SEO purposes.
  • Share reports and insights with clients, colleagues, and teams.
  • Use the extension for commercial, professional, and personal projects.

You may not use PageHawk to:

  • Access, scrape, or aggregate content from websites in violation of their terms of service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the extension source code for redistribution.
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the extension.
  • Use the extension in any manner that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

PageHawk, the Hawk mark, and all associated assets are the intellectual property of Numerbyte. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. The extension source code is proprietary.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

PageHawk is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. SEO analysis results are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numerbyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PageHawk, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PageHawk (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of PageHawk after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
